Kristin Swan utilizes a secure video portal to provide secure, HIPAA compliant sessions for our clients who are unable to come to the office. Virtual appointments are not clinically appropriate for all clients and Ms. Swan reserves the right to make the final decision regarding appropriateness for each client, however, she does try to take into account the client's wishes and circumstances.

An intake assessment and intake paperwork must be completed prior to sessions starting.  Payment is due before the service is rendered.  A valid credit card is required to be kept on file for service costs.
