Megan Steffens, MA, PLPC
Megan is a provisionally licensed professional counselor who has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's in Community Counseling from Missouri Valley College.
Megan provides therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families with a variety of clinical interests. Megan's areas of interest include but are not limited to: depression, anxiety, grief and loss, stress management, anger management, trauma, women’s issues, relationship issues, life transitions and self-esteem.
Throughout the clinical process, Megan will assist clients in developing skills to reduce and cope with life stressors, identify their strengths, and create positive change. Megan utilizes an eclectic, client-centered approach to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space to support clients on their journey.
Megan accepts Ambetter, MoHealthnet (Medicaid), Healthy Blue MC+, Home State MC+, Optum, Optum EAP, United Healthcare, United Healthcare Midwest.
