Brionna Smith, MSW, LMSW
Bri provides therapy to children, adolescents, adults, mature adults and families with clinical interests in adoption therapy, adoption home studies, therapeutically supervised visitation, behavioral issues, mental illness, LGBTQ issues, grief and loss, concerns from divorce for parents and children, trauma, foster care, depression and anger management concerns. Bri creates individualized treatment plans and interventions by utilizing numerous treatment modalities, including CBT and motivational interviewing. Bri knows there is no single approach to therapy, therefore she utilizes training in numerous treatments to find the right one for every individual. Bri’s passion is bringing healing to those who have experienced trauma or stressful life events.
Bri’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of Central Missouri in 2015 and master’s degree in social work from Walden University in 2020. Bri has prior social work experience as an adoption social worker for the State of Kansas. Bri has a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
Bri accepts Missouri Healthnet (Medicaid), Missouri Care and cash pay services for those who are uninsured.
